Season 2 Episode 9 (Episode 19)–Fish Fry on the Disc-It
This week we share a quick and easy way to fry fish in the DISC-IT.

Lard or Vegetable oil
2 fillets of fish (your choice)
Add lard/oil to Disc‐it and heat on medium for a minute.
Combine 1 egg in a bowl with some milk. Mix together and set aside.
Next, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic into a bowl. Mix together and set aside.
Take one of your fish fillets and drudge it in the egg and milk mixture. Next, drudge the fillet in
the dry flour‐based mixture. Place fillet on the skillet. Repeat for second fillet.
Cook fillets for about 5‐6 minutes (2½‐3 minutes per side) and remove from oil,
setting them on the edges of your Disc‐It. This allows any unwanted fat or oil to drain
from your fish.
Remove from Disc‐It, plate and enjoy!
