The Chili DISC-It is by far one of our most popular DISC-IT Designs.

Those of us in the southwest and those that want to add a flavor of the southwest to their home decor, have found that the Chili DISC-IT design is the perfect add.

The Chili Ristra is a very popular southwestern staple however many people think of the Ristra as art and not food.

The Ristra is another method of harvesting chili. After Green chili is harvested, some of it is strung up to dry.

Once completely dry, dry red chili is pulled from the Ristra, seeds removed and the chili skins are boiled and blended to make the best of Red Chili.

For generations Ristras have served as an awesome food, handing ornaments and now, thanks to the DISC-IT Grill, an artistic method to cook on!

The Corn DISC-IT Design comes from Juana in Santa Fe, NM.

After meeting us and seeing the DISC-IT on display at the New Mexico State Fair, she ordered Corn as her featured design.

I must admit that this presented a slight challenge and we had to get pretty creative in putting together this one. To be quite honest, we were not confident that this would be an attractive design.

After designing, cutting and powder coating the Corn design, we were awed by how nicely this design ended up. Much to our surprise, the corn design has been a regular selling DISC-IT design.
